Cheapest to gear would be probably Demonhunter.Gunslinger can be another good choice, though you're squishy, you have plenty of mobility, and your range on snipe can help you get uptime on mechanics. Actually there are 7 sharpshooters in top 100 right now in KR. Seems to me like Paladin is the worst as there is only 1 paladin in the top 100. They are the most annoying class to deal with. But striker needs some several things like runes, speicality, etc. Btw i think if you feel good at striker, it is good for you to pick striker. Another desired class is Gunlancer because is a good dps, tanky af, and can shield+dispell debuff the party which is the most support oriented from dps classes. Picking an assassin to play is essentially picking 1/6 not 1/3. I would recommend playing what you enjoy over what sounds like the most DPS since at the end of the day, whoever has the best gear will do the most damage.

Very high stagger and destruction. Need good knowledge of mechanics due to attack delays. But I've played all the classes and I have the most fun playing the Artillerist. TheGaijin1987 • 2 yr. ago. as fun is 100% subjective, the only one to answer that question is yourself. 13.what is in your opinion the most responsive class? i play a gunslinger, which feels pretty clunky from time to time with the weapon switching. i also play a gunlancer which i really like but is slow af. now i want to try a class which feels really responsive, fast, little downtimes, not many charging skills etc. i think you get the picture I have both and bard is way more involved. Pal can be played like a DPS class that also happens to support their allies without any input from the player whatsoever (well almost, you still want to aim Godsent Law under your friends' feet but that's more of an advanced tip). On the other hand, bard is designed to support their allies but needs ...Short answer: Pick what you like. there is no useless or hated class in the game. Anything you pick you will be able to play any content the game offers. No one is going to reject you in a party just because of your class. Normally people are looking for lets say a Support in their group of 3 DPS! Hope you get the point!.
