There is no city in the US where ATT fiber is available to every resident/address. Maps are irrelevant. Example: ATT offers fiber along the road in front of my neighborhood but not on my street.All Fiber work will be new work at or near your address. And based on your update it will be buried work along your street in addition to the work at the corner. The next thing to watch for is for a "new" box to appear near the other exiting boxes at the end of your street..
