I had the absolute pleasure of getting to bring this character to life (or rather back to life, hehe) for the Root of Nightmares raid in Lightfall.Technically Frenzy is the better perk. Vorpal is only a 10% buff and is currently bugged to only work while the rocket is in your hand, so if you swap weapons at all you lose the buff.
