After the Kil Jaeden kill you have to (quit the game and?) relog. The green transmog pattern isnt active directly after the kill. @ Mythic. I doubt it will be possible until later into Shadowlands, when you will have 250+ ilvl gear, but of course I didnt test it. But the heroic version is doable now, so you dont have to search for groups anymore.
